The accommodation is all on one level and comprises an open plan living and dining room with single sofa bed (90cm wide – suitable for a child) and a kitchenette. Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and shower room with toilet.
Decor is pleasantly neutral whilst some interior stone walls and exposed wooden beams provide character. The furniture is traditional style and the general atmosphere cosy and comfortable. The property was built around 2002.
A nicely planted garden has lots of flowers and the small covered terrace is ideal for sitting out. The setting is quiet and peaceful and there are dramatic views of the sea.

The rental of a catagory A car (4 person, Seicento type), for one week (tax and insurance included, unlimited milage) pick up from the airport. Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
