Small apartment complex in a peaceful, elevated spot with a superb communal swimming pool and fantastic sea views over the bay of Agia Pelagia. Located within walking distance of Agia Pelagia 900m on the northern central coast to the west of Heraklion, 900m from sandy beaches. Heraklion airport 20km (airport taxi fare approximately €25). Gazi 7km south east along the coast.

This is a very relaxing place for small families and couples, as its close to all facilities including a cash point. You could stay here without a car (you do have to walk up and down the hill to the village) and just arrange to rent one for a day or so, if and when you want, through the charming owner.

These simple but nice, air conditioned apartments all have their own private entrance and their own balcony with breathtaking views of the bay. All of them are comprised of a small living and dining room with kitchenette, a double bed (140cm wide), a shower or bathroom with toilet.

Décor is light and neutral whilst furnishings and equipment are modern and pleasant.

The swimming pool and paddling pool are set in the middle of a vast lawn surrounded by fragrant flowers including Jasmine and Bougainvillea, close to the bar-restaurant where drinks and meals can be served. Breakfast can be served in your apartment on request. The owner organizes a barbecue party each week.

Services: cleaning six times a week, change of sheets and linen twice a week.
