The upper floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with air conditioning and access to a balcony with views of Mount Youchtas.
The ground floor has a cosy sitting room with fireplace and double sofa-bed (140cm wide), an open-plan fully equipped kitchen and a dining corner. Bathroom with toilet.
This charming house has been tastefully renovated with due deference to its origins. Despite being located in the centre of the village, the property enjoys a relaxing quiet due to its location in a cul de sac. Drosostalida and Zephyros share the same garden which is full of flowers and surrounded by high walls for privacy with enjoying a private corner.
The prices include
The rental of a catagory A car (4 person, Seicento type), for one week (tax and insurance included, unlimited milage) pick up from the airport. Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
