The ground floor has a small, fully equipped kitchenette, split-level sitting-dining room with a fireplace and a large stone built double sofa-bed (140cm wide). Small shower room with toilet.
This is a charming and cosy villa, the furniture and decoration are authentic and traditional, giving a real atmosphere of the past. All the ceilings have exposed beams.
The small windows on the upper floor offer great views of the white mountains and the lush green countryside. The paved courtyard is awash with flowers and surrounded by olive trees.

The rental of a catagory A car (4 person, Seicento type), for one week (tax and insurance included, unlimited milage) pick up from the airport. Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
