Description
Two virtually identical, modern, air conditioned maisonettes each with a private terrace, sharing a swimming pool between them and a third property (CRO603 which sleeps up to 6 people) and one other called Lydie. Located in the traditional village of Douliana near Vamos in the north west region of Apokorona, 2.5km from the beach. Heraklion airport 120km, Chania airport 35km. Main shops in Vamos 5km, local shop on site.
Each maisonette is made up as follows:
The upper floor has a large gallery with a double bed (180cm wide) and a television.
The ground floor has a small living room with fireplace and a single sofa bed (90cm wide - for a child) and access to a shaded terrace, kitchen with dining corner and a shower room with toilet.
These two charming maisonettes are cosy, comfortable and pleasant with traditional furnishings. There is a small patio and a delightful shared swimming pool with an adjoining village bar and shop (quiet and friendly, run by the owners of Vasso). The owners can prepare Cretian specialities to eat on request.
The prices include
The rental of a catagory A car (4 person, Seicento type), for one week (tax and insurance included, unlimited milage) pick up from the airport. Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.

Change-over for Crete can also be a Tuesday. Check the two weeks are available from the Saturday nearest the Tuesday of your depart, you only pay for one week.
