Description
Two air conditioned villas set in an elevated, peaceful countryside with a communal pool and breathtaking views of the valley down to the sea in the distance. Situated in Philipou, near Vrises, on the north west of the island between the bay of Souda and Almiros, in the Apokorona area, 10km from the beach. Heraklion airport 110km, Chania airport 40km. Shops and restaurants in Vrises 3km and Vamos 7km.
In the same hamlet, further down the hill, we have two more villas Louloudi2 CRO207 which both have private pools.
Each of the villas is made up as follows:
Accommodation all on one level comprises a large dining room with kitchenette, living room partitioned by coloured glass doors with two single sofa beds (2 x 90cm wide). Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a bathroom with toilet. The décor and furnishings are simple and comfortable.
The villas share a communal pool and paddling pool (3m x 3m and 0.6m deep) a large, very relaxing garden which is full of flowers. There is a small extra garden with organic vegetables for the guests and the owner has an easy going horse which is available for accompanied rides. This is a very peaceful little hamlet.
The prices include
The rental of a catagory A car (4 person, Seicento type), for one week (tax and insurance included, unlimited milage) pick up from the airport. Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
