Located near Ierapetra 12km in the south east region of Lassithi, about 15 minutes walk from the beach. Haraklion airport 110km. Shops and restaurants in Ierapetra.
The accommodation is all on one level (accessed by a few steps) and comes in two separate parts comprising the main house and the annexes which are just in front:
Main house
Independent access to a sitting room, kitchen diner with access to a covered terrace. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm low, wide bed) with an en suite shower room with toilet.
Annexes
Separate independent entrance to a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide stone-built beds). Just next door there is a shower room with toilet (with independent access) also accommodating a washing machine.
In the past, all the Cretian houses used to be built in two parts like this. This one is particularly charming and cosy, with simple but original furniture and decor.
The prices include
The rental of a catagory A car (4 person, Seicento type), for one week (tax and insurance included, unlimited milage) pick up from the airport. Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels), change of linen once a week. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
