Located to the south east of the island in the region of Ierapetra 15km, 200 metres from a sandy beach. Heraklion airport 110km. Walk to village supermarket 500m and taverns 200m, 5km from two villages.

All the accommodation is on one level (accessed by seven steps) and comprises a living and dining room with fireplace and steps leading directly to the pool area, double sofa bed (140cm wide – supplied only when required) and an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with access to a terrace overlooking the sea. Double bedroom (1 x 200cm wide bed) with access to a small terrace shaded by sweet smelling pines, twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds), bathroom with toilet and a small laundry area.

Furnishings and fittings are contemporary and one may enjoy the fantastic views of the sea from the main living rooms, through large bay windows.

There is a pleasant, terraced garden with a grassed area and olives trees, a beautiful pool and barbecue corner. The sea (not accessible at this point) is just at the end of the garden and the sandy beach is about 200m further on. The views of the coast and mountains are stunning as there are no buildings in front or to the side of this villa.
