The upper floor has a master double bedroom (1 x 180cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and a toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite bathroom complete with shower cabin and toilet.

The ground floor has a spacious and comfortable living room with sea views, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Separate toilet. The living room opens onto a vast, pleasant patio where the swimming pool can be found, complimented by tasteful garden furniture and umbrellas, all facing the fabulous Gulf of Mirambello.

Although these villas are totally independent, they dispose of all the facilities of a luxury hotel, available as extras, including; per hour or per day, the services of a private chamber maid, butler service for breakfast and dinner in the villa, cook, baby-sitter or a masseur.

There are many activities in the surrounding area, such as water sports, horse riding and tennis. One can also have business facilities on request: including a computer (notebook), colour printer and internet access.
