The ground floor has an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and a large living and dining room. Two 10m2 double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each). Bathroom and separate toilet.
The décor has a sea theme and the villa in general is very agreeable offering comfort and quality.
The garden has access directly onto a sandy beach. The sea goes out a long way at low tide.
Minimum stay 2 weeks in July and August.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Linen not included. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
