The main area of the ground floor has a large living and dining room with a large fireplace and access to the terrace. Dining room equipped for up to 14 people and a fully equipped kitchen. Study with internet connection and home cinema. Large double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and a bathroom with shower stall, separate toilet.
The first floor has two double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide beds in each) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Each bedroom has a bath or shower room.
Both the decor and the furnishings are refined. No smoking permitted.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
