Beautiful villa with large grounds and a good sized pool in an exceptional setting at the foot of mount Victoire. Located in Vauvenargues just ten minutes drive from Aix en Provence (normally). Shops 3km. The upper floor has a gallery with a further double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) without a window. Shower room. The ground floor has a living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Dining room with fireplace opening to the terrace overlooking the pool. Master double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with bathroom and a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) opening to the terrace. Small single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Two bedrooms each with a 120cm wide bed on a gallery with washbasin, sitting corner and a shower room. There is a covered terrace with dining area and direct access from the garden to the “Sainte Victoire” national park. The pool is fenced.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit payable locally 2000€. Linen hire and final clean 150€ payable locally. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
