Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide beds in each), one with en suite bath room. Separate toilet. Independent bath room and separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with conservatory. Study and bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) on second mezzanine above the study.
The interior and furnishing is in a traditional style but with modern fittings and the pool and large patio are perfect for long days relaxing.
A discreet guardian lives independently at the rear of the house with separate entrance and no common space and no overlooking onto property or pool area. The guardian will be happy to do some cleaning, ironing, cooking on request or any assistance you may require.

Refundable deposit payable locally in cash 500€. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pets allowed on request subject to owners discretion.
