The ground floor has three living rooms which are decorated and furnishing in a particularly refined manner, opening to the garden overlooking the valley. Large fully equipped (semi-professional) kitchen with dining area. Large tastefully decorated dining room opening to the garden.
Annexe located by the pool.

The accommodation has a high level of comfort, is in a perfect setting and offers a perfect holiday base in the heart of the Luberon. It is fully equipped with high quality electrical appliances.
There is a beautiful garden and beside the superb pool is a pool house with summer kitchen and barbecue. The pool has an independent access which makes it easy to keep an eye on young children.
During July and August there is a minimum rental period of two weeks.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit payable locally - ask for details. Final clean payable locally 200€. Obligatory cleaning payable locally 3 hours three times a week @ 13€ per hour. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
