The ground floor has two living and dining rooms and a sitting room. Very large, well equipped kitchen.
Decor is neutral although there are lots of paintings on the walls creating a homely atmosphere. The bathrooms and kitchen are as new. Furnishings are comfortable.
The garden is very nice with its sweeping lawns and Mediterranean pines complemented by a lovely pool with a gazebo. The pool has a salt filter system which is generally considered superior to regular chlorine versions. This is a really peaceful spot.
Two week bookings minimum in July and August.

The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
