The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed), bathroom and toilet. Single bed (80cm wide) in an independent alcove.
Overall the décor and fittings are refined, the furnishings have been carefully chosen and the beds are immaculate.
The garden has lawned areas, mature pine trees and a summer dining room with barbecue and Russian billiards table all directly overlooking the sea.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Bed linen is available on request, payable locally, ask for details. Electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
