The two storey, main house (500m2) comprises a dining room, modern style living room and a kitchen. Television room. Five bedrooms with five double beds (1 x 140cm wide) and three singles (90cm wide). Bathroom and two shower rooms. Two separate toilets. Equipment to cater for 24 people.
Garden house 1 (100m2) comprises a kitchen, living and dining room. Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Bathroom and a separate toilet.
Garden house 2 (100m2) comprises a kitchen, living and dining room. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Bathroom, shower room and a separate toilet.
The traditional stone construction ensures that the accommodation remains sufficiently cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
The garden is very large and enjoys magnificent views.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water and gas during July and August. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit payable locally. Linen available for hire - ask for details. Electricity (hot water and heating system) is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning 15€ per hour, babysitting 4€ per hour and cooking.
