Well equipped, the décor is light and neutral whilst furnishings are comfortable.
The enclosed grounds are dominated by the pool and terrace which have exceptional views.
The upper apartment is occassionally used by the owner but has seperate access and a rear garden. The pool is for the exclusive use of clients.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €300 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning 12€ per hour, babysitting 12€ per hour and cooking.
