French doors lead from the kitchen to the lovely garden. Separate drawing room with two very large, comfortable sofas, two Louis square back chairs and a fireplace.
This “maison de maitre” is tastefully restored and decorated and furnished to a very high standard with many original features and wood paneling. The house is designed to easily accommodate six to eight adults in comfort.
The garden is safe for children with high walls and gates surrounding the large Mediterranean courtyard and outbuildings. The splendid garden has mature plants, flowers and trees, in particular two “plaine” trees which offer ideal shade for eating outdoors near the large barbecue area, when lit at night the ensemble is very beautiful.
Lockable, sliding glass doors lead from the garden to the indoor pool and on top of the barn there is a superb roof terrace with views over the village (young children to be supervised here). Step out of the house gates and you are in the village. Sports hall with childrens badmington, table tennis and plasma television with playstation as well as gym equipment for a work out.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Security deposit - ask for details. Heating for the house and fire wood is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. pool heating on request - approximately 350€ per week payable locally (one weeks notice required).
