The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a smart, well equipped kitchen with breakfast table and a light, spacious living and dining room with patio doors opening to the pool terrace. Three double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide beds in each), one with access to the terrace and a twin bedroom with access to the terrace. Bathroom, shower room and two separate toilets.
Well equipped, light tasteful décor and refined, modern, comfortable furnishings. There is a retractable canopy over the terrace for outdoor dining.
The enclosed, peaceful garden has a small lawned area and a pleasant sun deck situated below the pool area where there is also a covered terrace. The fenced pool is nice and secluded and the views are a delight. Note: two week bookings only in July and August.

Refundable cash deposit €1000 payable locally. Linen available for hire 20€ per room. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Final clean optional 120€ otherwise villa to be left as found.
