The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a fully equipped kitchen complimented by a cellar. Large living and dining room with access to the terrace. Four double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each), two of the latter with en suite bathrooms. Further bathroom and three separate toilets.
Annexe
Twin bedroom (2 x 120cm wide beds), shower room a separate toilet.
The rooms are well proportioned and all the bedrooms have French windows leading to the terrace. There is a lovely summer dining area with a large dining table and terrace.
Here you can enjoy the pleasant grounds; your own pool and tennis court and easily stroll into the village. All conducive to a pleasant holiday lifestyle.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Bed linen provided . Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Obligatory end of stay clean payable locally 65€. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
