Twin bedroom (2 x 80cm wide matching beds which can make 1 x 160cm wide double on request). Attractive country kitchen diner. Living and dining room with fireplace and access to terrace.
Garden house
Open plan studio with kitchen diner. Double bed (130cm wide) and two single beds (90cm wide). Shower room and toilet. Very comfortable villa with many traditional influences.
The pool area is fenced and gated.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Refundable cash deposit €500 payable locally. Change-over charge 140€ payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
