Main house
The accommodation is on a split level and comprises a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar and a living and dining room with fireplace and access to the garden. Two steps leading to a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) each with washbasin. Bathroom with toilet set in between the bedrooms.
Garden house (about 20 metres from the main house)
Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite shower room and toilet. Access to vast covered terrace overlooking the pool.
The tranquil garden has lots or room for children to play on the grass, the super pool is fenced for additional security and the large, comfortably furnished covered terrace is ideal for relaxing. The grounds are nicely private being screened by trees.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Change-over charge payable locally 100€. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
