Located in the heart of the Perigord region, handy for Bergerac, Sarlat and Les Eyzies. Completely restored in recent years the chateau offers comfortable accommodation for up to twenty people. Riding 10km, golf 20km. All major sites of the Perigord noir within 20km radius. Bergerac airport 34km.
The second floor has five bedrooms of which all but one is 15m2.
The first floor has six bedrooms ranging in size from 15m2 to 35m2.
The ground floor has a large living and dining room open to the terrace and maintains an ambient temperature even in full summer. Smoking room and a library/reading room. Vast, fully equipped kitchen.
In all there are five double beds and ten single beds, two bathrooms, four shower rooms and five separate toilets other than those in bathrooms.
The condition of the bathroom and kitchen facilities is as new whilst furnishings are comfortable and agreeable.
The grounds are fabulous, with a super pool and delightful views over a valley. The chateau and grounds are well suited to families with children.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Final cleaning charge €100 minimum depending on condition of chateau payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable cash deposit €1500 payable locally. Linen available for hire at 12€ per person. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Mid July to end August 8 hours cleaning spread over half days included.
