The first floor has four bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom and toilet (4 x bateaux beds 110cm wide and 2 x 140cm wide beds). Cot available.
The interior is refined, has been restored to a high standard and is in perfect condition. Careful supervision of small children is required on the ground floor as there are fragile objects of value.
In a beautiful setting the grounds are lovely with large lawns, a superb pool with paddling pool for children complemented by a pool house with a summer kitchen, a small fitness room with music system and television, laundry room and table tennis table. The pool is accessed via steps of which the first is higher than usual. The tennis court is in excellent condition.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. Two hours cleaning per day included (except Sunday).
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit payable locally 1000€ and credit card details held in UK for a deduction if required of 2500€ maximum. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning 10€ per hour, babysitting and cooking.
