Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and a single bedroom (1 x 90cm wide bed). Shower room and toilet. Vast function room and games room with a fireplace and dining facilities for the capacity of the property.
Cottage
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a master double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room with fireplace.
The décor is light, neutral and practical, complemented by some exposed stone walls, wooden beams and modern fittings. There is a large covered terrace overlooking the valley for eating al fresco.
The vast grounds are tranquil and secluded, with plenty of room for everyone to find a quiet corner as required. The pool is fenced and set slightly up the hill from the villa. There is nothing fancy about Bos de Peni, however everything you need is there and there is a very pleasant atmosphere about the place.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels) and changed on Tuesday and Saturday. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €600 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (available on request) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
