Metairie
The Metairie accommodation is all one level and comprises a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen diner with access to the pool terrace. Large living and dining room with fireplace and access to garden.
Bergerie
The Bergerie is split into two semi detached maisonettes. The first maisonet has, on the ground floor, an entrance bedroom with a double sofa bed and through access to two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide bed sin each). Stairs lead from the entrance room to the upper floor which has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed), shower room and toilet. The second maisonet has, on the ground floor, a bedroom with bunk beds (2 x 90cm wide beds), through access to a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and stairs to the upper floor twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds), a shower room and toilet.
Grange
The grange is ingeniously designed. Accommodation is accessed by wooden stairs to a first floor suite with a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with ultra modern shower and toilet. The stairs continue to a second floor suite with a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with en suite shower room and toilet.
The décor in the Meterie and Bergerie is light and neutral with exposed beams adding character. Furnishings in the latter are a combination of modern and traditional. The décor in the Grange is chalet like, with lots of wood, whilst furnishings are modern and fittings very modern.
The grounds are nice and tranquil with plenty of room for children to play and there are lovely views of the surrounding countryside.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels) and changed on Tuesday and Saturday. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €600 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (available on request) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
