Chateau Dois is a sizable property set in vast grounds with a very large private swimming and a beautiful view over verdant countryside. Located on the edge of the sleepy hilltop village of Doissat just a short drive from the pretty town of Belves 6km, which has comprehensive shopping and restaurant facilities.  Bergerac airport 62km, Calais 860km. River canoeing in the Dordogne at Castelnau 16km.

The second floor has a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds ) and a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom.

The first floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite bathroom and a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite shower room. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed). Two family bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed and 1 x 90cm wide bed in each). Two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Bathroom and a shower room. Separate toilet.

The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. Sitting room and a very large living room with a French billiards table at one end. There is a laundry area in the basement which is not modernized. There are two cots and two high chairs for babies.

The décor is mainly light and in keeping with some modern touches and there are lovely wooden floors throughout. Furnishings are in keeping and generally practical. This is the sort of place you can holiday with a large group without having to worry too much about what the children do as it is essentially a practical, not particularly refined house.

The grounds are lawned all the way round the chateau offering plenty of room for children to play. The pool is set on a lower level behind the chateau itself, overlooked from the rear terrace which runs the length of the chateau. This is a tranquil spot surrounded by vast plantations of walnut trees.
