The lower floor (access from inside and outside so possible independence) has a small fully equipped kitchen opening onto a summer room with convertible sofa (idea for a teenager or a kid). Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), twin bedroom 92 x 90cm wide beds and a separate shower room. 

The pool is on a lower level and is complimented by a gazebo which is ideal for eating outside. The pool house also has a toilet, wash basin and fridge. From the pool terrace there are fabulous views over the sea.
