Annexe

Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with kitchenette (ideal for breakfast equipped with fridge, sink, coffee machine). Shower room with toilet en suite. Air-conditioning in this bedroom. 

The villa is set in a private residential area, which is very secure with cameras and code for access. Furnishings are comfortable and elegant. 

Gently terraced garden with fantastic views of the sea and village below. The garden  is completely enclosed but not recommended for young children and persons who can have difficulties with walking due to the terraced garden. There are lots of flowers and mature trees, a pool house beside the swimming pool has a simple complete shower room and there is also a bar along with a large terrace at house level with a shaded area.
