Description
Superb, architects villa set in very large grounds with private swimming pool and uninterrupted views of the bay of St Tropez. Located in the exclusive residential area of Beauvallon, equidistant from Saint Maxime and Port Grimaud, 5km from a huge hypermarket and within easy driving distance of Saint Tropez 11km. Nice airport 100km. Calais 1169km. With its art deco furnishings this villa has great originality.
The accommodation comprises a main entrance hall, guest toilet, large living room with fireplace, television snug and a dining room, all of the latter open via patio doors to a partially covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Large, fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. Five double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) and two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds in each). Four bathrooms, two shower rooms and five toilets.
The villa is south facing and most of the rooms are large in proportion. The art deco furnishings are very original and the ensemble is of a high quality.
The large, fully enclosed garden is immaculately maintained with lawned areas and mature tress, and there are two remote controlled entrances. The residence itself is private and an access code is required for entrance.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water and gas during July and August. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Linen provided along with an obligatory final clean 300€ payable locally. Electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning (where applicable) use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
