The upper floor has a fully equipped (no microwave), open plan kitchen with access to the garden.  Large living room with patio doors opening to terrace with stunning views down the hill to the sea. Tuned grand piano. Double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) and a bathroom with toilet. Twin bedroom for children (2 x 80cm wide beds). Separate toilet.

The ground floor has a single bedroom (1 x 120cm wide four poster bed) with en suite bathroom and toilet. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with shower and toilet. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide four poster bed) with bathroom and toilet.

The pool is set to the side of the villa and enjoys marvelous views from the surrounding terrace. Beyond the pool is a large flat area where one can enjoy a game of boules or such like. Due to the terraces below the villa very young children are not accepted (i.e. under 4).

This is an exceptionally well appointed villa in a highly desirable area at what we believe is a reasonable price. It is not perfect as there are a number of areas where the décor requires re-doing particularly where there were, in the past, water leaks, which are no longer present. The villa will be fully re-decorated for 2009. Equally some of the furnishings are somewhat basic and will also be updated for 2009. Despite the latter this is still an excellent holiday home for clients who are not too fastidious (not a criticism of clients who are rightly fastidious). It is unusual for us to make such a compromise but we think it’s worth it.
