Main house

The upper floor has a gallery with study area and library. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with full en suite bathroom. 

The ground floor has a large living and dining room with French windows opening onto the garden area where the dining gazebo is situated. Relatively small and basic kitchen (opening to garden) which is complemented by the easily accessible additional kitchen facilities next door.  Two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) both with full en suite bathrooms. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with full en suite bathroom. Guest toilet. 

Annexe 1 (independent access)

Large utility room with, laundry facilities and kitchen facilities. Twin bedroom (2 x matching 80cm wide beds) with access to garden via 6 steps and full en suite bathroom. 

Annexe 2 (independent building close to main house)

Twenty steps leading up to a small living/dining room with kitchenette. Twin bedroom (2 x 80cm wide beds) with en suite shower room. 

Annexe 3 (independent access)

Living room with stairs to a twin bedroom (2 x 80cm wide beds) with full bathroom. Further very steep and narrow steps lead to a twin bedroom with full en suite bathroom. 

The décor in the bathrooms is very seventies, there is a little bit of wear and tear but generally the house is fine and very homely. Furnishings are generally traditional with some antiques. In all there are three dishwashers and two washing machines. All the bedrooms have fans. 

The garden is vast, peaceful, gently terraced with loads of room for children to run around and amply shaded by mature olive trees. The pool and tennis court (clay in good condition) are set on lower terraces about 50 metres from the villa. The fabulous pool has a gently sloping access which is ideal for children and adults who just want to paddle or sit in the water. There is also a paddling pool shaped like a Jacuzzi. In addition there is a summer house for storage of pool furniture and a handy shower and toilet.

Covered parking for two cars and plenty of additional parking spaces. The gardian lives discreetly on the grounds with an aspect towards the area of grounds not generally frequented by clients.
