The ground floor has an entrance hall with guest toilet, leading to a large living room with French windows opening to the terrace. Dining room. Large fully equipped kitchen with lots of character. Laundry room. Two single bedrooms (1 x 80cm wide bed in each) each with washbasin. Shower room and separate toilet. Covered terrace with dining area.
The left wing (independent access) has two double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide beds in each) each with a bathroom and toilet and two twin bedrooms (2 x 80cm wide beds which can make a double if required) each with a bathroom and toilet.
Décor is well maintained and typically Provencal in style.
The covered entrance courtyard has a number of highly original frescos. The pool is complemented by a pool house with shower and toilet. Lit boules area. The guardian resides in an adjoining property and is available for extra cleaning services.
Minimum rental period - two weeks. Possibility of one week rental with 150€ supplement.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Linen provided. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit payable locally - ask for details. Obligatory final clean 150€ payable locally. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
