Master double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) with bathroom and toilet. Two further double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom. Large “Hollywood” bathroom and toilet. All the main rooms have patio doors opening to a large terrace. The whole villa is air conditioned. All the floors are marble and there is an alarm.
There is a further terrace on a lower level which gives onto a private creek. There is a changing room and shower.
Minimum rental in July and August of one month.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
The prices don’t include
Refundable deposit payable locally - ask for details. Linen hire available 50€ per person payable locally. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning (15€ per hour), babysitting and cooking.
