The garden level floor has two twin bedrooms (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom with toilet.
Large patio doors allow maximum benefit of the magnificent views, there are marble floors throughout and the bathrooms are particularly comfortable. This is a luxurious property.
The large garden is terraced and well planted with beautiful, aromatic flowers. There is parking on the grounds for a number of cars.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description). Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.

Refundable deposit payable locally - ask for details. Linen and towel hire available 25€ per person per week. Obligatory final clean and four hours cleaning per week payable locally 400€. Gas, water and electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
