Independent studio at pool level comprises a fully equipped, open-plan kitchen and living room. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with a further single bed (90cm wide) available and a small shower room en suite. Separate toilet. 

The accommodation is of a high standard and is bright and spacious. 

There is a fountain by the pool which combined with glazed screening masks the slight road noise from the valley below. Beautiful decked terrace.

There is a handy bus stop just 500 metres from the villa from where the number 9 goes into town and down to the beach. 

Two weeks minimum bookings in July and August. Non smoking villa.
