The accommodation comprises a superb, spacious living and dining room with a beautiful marble fireplace and patio doors opening to the large terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, also opening onto the terrace. Two double bedrooms (1 x 160cm wide bed in each), three further double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Cot. Two shower rooms with toilet. The bedrooms are all air conditioned. Two bathrooms with toilet. Laundry room. The marble floor has a built in temperature control system.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Garden and swimming pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.

Refundable deposit payable locally - ask for details. Linen hire available 30€ per person. Obligatory final clean payable locally 400€ per week (includes four hours during the week). Water and electricity is payable locally 160€ per week. Taxe de sejour is payable locally 1.3€ per adult per day. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
