The décor is light and neutral with attractive complementary fabrics and artifacts in a Mediterranean style. Furnishings are tasteful, modern and comfortable.
The garden area is mainly terrace on two sides of the villa, all overlooking the sea. There is a built in barbecue and a large covered terrace for eating al fresco. This is a super villa with wonderful views and spectacular sunsets.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Change-over charge €135 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
