The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds, double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), shower room and separate toilet. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a living and dining room.
The décor is light and modern. The furnishings are contemporary.
There is a pool terrace and a super swimming pool. This is one of the last villas as you go up the hill, no-one overlooks you here. It’s a blissful spot. There is a track which takes about 35 minutes to walk to the beach.

Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.

Change-over charge €100 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
