Description
This is a delightful, modern villa nestling half way up a hillside, with a modest, flat garden and private swimming pool which can be heated if required. Very well located in a secluded setting within easy driving distance of the seaside village of Tizzano 4km where there are excellent beaches plus shopping and restaurant facilities. Figari airport 51km. Sartene 11km for main shops. Sperone 18 hole golf course 63km.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite shower and toilet. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Shower room with toilet. Open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with access to the large covered terrace which is ideal for eating al fresco and has lovely views of the surrounding hills. Living and dining room opening on to a television room with fireplace.
Decor is neutral and pleasant whilst furnishings are mainly modern.
The garden has a nice lawned area and built in barbecue and the pool can be heated as required (you may wish to ask for it to be turned on before you depart), there is also a jet stream to swim against. There is a pathway leading from the garden which takes you up the hill to a beautiful spot with sea views.
The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Change-over charge €100 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking. Pool heating is paid locally and generally costs around €140 per week depending on external tempreatures. |
