Master double bedroom (1 x 150cm wide bed) and bathroom. Toilet. Gallery over the living and dining room with a double bed (1 x 140cm wide bed). Conservatory with Jacuzzi opening to the pool area.
The pool is surrounded by a hardwood deck. There are two electric barbecues. The pleasant garden has mature trees and bushes complemented by plenty of flowering plants.
The nearest beach is accessed via a small track.
An independent studio is occupied by the guardians (a couple).

Refundable deposit payable locally - ask for details. Linen available on request for a supplement. Change-over and final cleaning charge payable locally 150€. Outside of July and August electricity is payable locally according to the house meter reading. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
The prices don’t include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity during July and August. Garden and pool maintenance. A 10% supplement is payable on top of the low season price for Christmas, February and Easter holidays.
