Description
Sizable stone villa set in large, lawned gardens with a good sized private swimming pool, overlooking countryside and hills. Located just above the picturesque hilltop town of Sartene 2km, where you will find comprehensive shopping facilities and a wide choice of restaurants. Within easy driving of wonderful beaches at Tizzano 14km and the pretty port of Propriano 14km. Figari airport 44km and Ajaccio airport 81km. Sperone 18 hole golf course 51km.
The accommodation is all on one level (except for a gallery) and comprises two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) with French windows opening to the garden. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) and a twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds). Bathroom and a shower room. Two separate toilets. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious, split-level living and dining room . Stairs (a bit steep) from the living and dining room to a large gallery with two single beds (each 90cm wide).
The décor is neutral and traditional with some stone walls and exposed wooden beams adding character. Furnishings are a pleasant blend of modern and traditional.
The garden is excellent, nice and flat with lots of lawn space, mature trees for natural shade and considerable privacy afforded by high hedges. A super swimming pool is set to the side of the villa and there are lovely views over countryside. You could walk into Sartene from here if you didn't mind a bit of a walk, as the road is a really quiet one.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Change-over charge €175 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
