This is a good villa for families with smaller children as the garden is child friendly and equipped with swings and a slide.
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises three double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each). Shower room and a bathroom with corner bath and toilet. Separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen diner, living room with fireplace and a dining room. Games room with French billiards table. Summer room with large patio windows opening to the terrace and pool area.
The décor is quite individual, lots of paneled wood walls and interesting artifacts all creating a rather cosy atmosphere. Furnishings are mainly modern although traditional in style.
The garden has lawned areas and a large pool terrace with built in barbecue and outdoor al fresco eating area shaded by mature trees.

Change-over charge €150 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (normally available) including cleaning 15€ per hour and linen change 20€ per bed (prices are guideline and payment is made locally.
