Apartment (independent access)
Living and dining room with kitchenette. Air conditioned double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with shower room and toilet. Washing machine. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) with shower room.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Security deposit €3500 paid locally - not cashed unless required. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
