Located in the hinterland just a short drive from beautiful beaches and the coastal resort of Porto Vecchio 7km. Figari airport 25km, Bastia airport 156km. Sperone 18 hole golf course 28km. Nearby is a small hotel 200m run by the same owners, where there is a restaurant (which can provide meals for clients at the villa) and a swimming pool which is heated in low season, a tennis court and sauna, all available to villa clients.
The upper floor (slightly steep stairs) has a double bedroom (1 x 160cm wide bed) on a gallery.
The ground floor has a shower room and separate toilet. Kitchenette, living and dining room with single sofa bed and access to the terrace.
The large, communal grounds have lawned areas, a children's play area and a shared table tennis table, whilst each villa has its own patio with garden furniture. The shaped pool is superb and has a children's paddling area at one end. This is a tranquil spot, ideal for couples and families with small children.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Change-over charge €100 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Air conditioning use is payable locally. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
