Le beach is a pleasant villa with a good sized rear garden and a small front terrace which leads directly onto the Calla Rossa beach. Thirty metres from the Le Beach restaurant the villa also has free access to the communal swimming pool and hotel facilities at Caranella Village 400 metres. Located to the north of Porto Vecchio 12km. Figari airport 25km. Bastia airport 150km. Golf at Sperone 28km.
The upper floor (independent access) has a small kitchen. Living and dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the sea. There are two double bedrooms (1 x 140cm wide bed in each) and a shower room with toilet.
The lower, garden level floor (independent access) has a small kitchen. Living and dining room with access to the terrace overlooking the rear garden. Double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed), twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a bathroom with toilet and washing machine.
Overall the villa is pleasantly furnished with adequate comfort, above all this is a beach house in an outstanding location.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Credit card slip deposit. Linen 10€ per day, and towels 5€ per day, hire available (not including beach towels). Tax de sejour payable locally 0.50€ per person per day. Cot and high chair hire available. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
