The pool level floor has a separate toilet. Fully equipped, open-plan kitchen with bar and access to a covered terrace with built in barbecue overlooking the Oso valley and mountains beyond. Living and dining room with fireplace and access to the pool area. This floor is air conditioned.

The garden level floor has a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed) with en suite shower room. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a double bedroom (1 x 140cm wide bed). Shower room and separate toilet. This floor does generally stay naturally cooler.

The uncut local stone adds considerable character to the exterior and interior of the villa. Décor is neutral and the subtle colour scheme follows a soothing tone throughout. All very pleasant and relaxing, in keeping with the splendid surrounding nature and mountains.

The garden area is left natural and there is room for children to play whilst the main leisure area is the vast pool deck which commands fabulous views. There is also a lawned area by the pool along with a covered terrace. The infinity pool is very smart and its overflow effect enhances the view.
