Main house
The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a living and dining room with open-plan kitchen leading to the terrace via steps. Twin bedroom (2 x 90cm wide beds) and a shower room.
Garden house (located next to the main house)
There is a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. Shower room and toilet.
Petras is set in the grounds of a larger villa which is not used whilst guests are using Petra. Petras clients have full access to the grounds which have various terraces and dining areas, both covered and open. The superb pool, which is fenced off, is on the lowest terrace from where it looks out over the hills.

The prices include
Property made available in good order and fully equipped. Local taxes (unless specified otherwise in the villa description), reasonable consumption of services including water, gas and electricity. Linen and towels provided (not including beach towels). Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
The prices don’t include
Change-over charge €100 payable locally (deducted from local deposit). Refundable cash deposit €470 payable locally. Heating for the house and fire wood. Additional services (where available) including cleaning, babysitting and cooking.
