All ground floor bedrooms have french windows leading to the  garden. A further single bed suitable for a child can be added (on request) to one of the double bedrooms which would increase the capacity to nine.  Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast table and access to the side terrace which has a vine-covered pergola. Large "L" shaped, split level living and dining room with fireplace and access to the covered terrace which has views over the pool and countryside. The pool area has its own terrace with external summer kitchen.
